Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. We ask that you notify us within 7 days of any issues with your orders. We are a new, small family owned business and we make every product by hand. We check each product for quality but we are human and sometimes things are missed. Our goal is always 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us immediately to give us the chance to remedy the problem. A store credit or replacement product will be offered.

Damages or incorrect product

Please check your product upon receipt and contact us immediately if the package itself is damaged through delivery and it has affected your order. We are happy to discuss with you and make it right.
